A re-sew is needed when the stitching of a trampoline mat has worn out due to the effect of the sun's UV rays. The best way to determine if you need a re-sew is as follows:
I. Black straps pull away from fabric. II. Metal hardware attached to fabric falls off. II. Stitching no longer visible and mat is hanging towards the ground. If this sounds like your trampoline mat you may be in luck. In most cases, instead of purchasing a new mat, all you may need done is a re-sew. Our basic re-sew includes 6-complete rows of stitching around the entire mat, reattaching all pieces that have come loose. If straps and hardware are missing or need to be replaced the following prices apply in most cases.
Black Strap .25 cents each V-Ring .35 cents each V-Bar .50 cents each Trampoline mats with a double layer of fabric or with inside seams (spliced mat) will have an extra charge of approximately $ 10.00 to $20.00.
We do not offer patching. Once a hole, tear, snag, deep scratch or cut of any type has developed on your mat, it could become a safety hazard. Because of the customization needs, we utilize our great customer service for repair service orders - call us to ask questions and place your repair order so that we can get the exact information and get your mat to you in the shortest timeframe possible.
NOTE: When shipping your mat we have found U.S. Mail Parcel Post and U.P.S. Ground charge about the same rates. Fedex Ground tends to be cheaper if shipped at a staffed counter and not a Pack-n-Mail type of facility.
