How do I return an item?

Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item, 800-753-5378. All returns must be pre-approved by calling in to 800-753-5378 and no refunds or exchanges are taken after 30 days.

Adams Enterprises Trampoline Services Center (trampolineservices.com) does offer refunds or accept returns after 30 days. There is a 25% restocking fee. Refunds will be made in the same manner as payment recieved, (for example, for approved refunds credit is credited back to a credit card for purchased paid for with a credit card, and checks are sent out for payements recieved via check.)

The customer is responsible for return shipping. Please note that any products sent by back freight will be refused and thus, processing of the return delayed.

Custom orders and custom-made items are non-returnable items.
