Step 1; Take an inside measurement, at the point where the spring attaches, of the long side of the frame and the short side of the frame. (Some frames will have holes for the spring to attach and some will have a welded piece of metal for the spring to attach).
Step 2; Count the number of spring holes on one long side and one short side of your frame. (If you have metal bars instead of holes then count the amount of bars).
Step 3; Measure the length of 2 or 3 trampoline springs. These need to be measured in a relaxed state, not stretched out in any way, while off the trampoline frame. Be sure to include the hook at each end of the spring when you measure. Some springs will measure 8 inches, 8.5 inches or 9 inches.
